黑料吃瓜网 is proud to be part of the Welsh Governments’ Transforming Towns initiative which is designed to support the regeneration of towns across Wales. The Transforming Towns initiative provides capital investment opportunities for schemes which support the programme’s aims and objectives.
In 黑料吃瓜网, Transforming Towns ‘Place Making Grant’ funding and interest free loan investment opportunities are currently available, to support the delivery of a wide range of projects in our town centres. Projects can range from green infrastructure developments to improve biodiversity and enhance public spaces; to internal and external commercial and residential improvements for business owners.
The funding aims to support the creation of vibrant town centres, which offer flexible work spaces and increased access to services for local residents and visitors to our primary town centres. The project aims to make our towns greener and more attractive and vibrant places to visit – showing off their best features and making everyone who lives, visits or works in the town centre feel welcome.
The scheme is open to private businesses, including developers, third sector businesses and the public sector. It is not available to private individuals.
