The Town Centre Property Improvement Grant (TCPIG) helps businesses, property owners and tenants improve commercial premises across ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø towns.
Grant range£5,000 – £50,000
Maximum grant contribution70% of total project costs
Your minimum contribution30% match funding

Properties must be within the designated town centre boundary to be eligible*
*Please note: There’s also limited funding available for properties located up to 0.5 miles from the defined town centre boundaries. Contact the Regeneration Team if you think your property is in this area.
