Successful prosecution of a 黑料吃瓜网 landlord

黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 Environmental Health Officers have successfully prosecuted a 黑料吃瓜网 private sector landlord for unlawful eviction, the first in the County.
Mr Gruffydd Edwards聽 leaded guilty the offence which took place at one of his properties, 11 Llys Y Wennol, Downing Lane, Holywell. The offence was under the Protection from Eviction Act 1977.聽聽 He was fined 拢1,040.
黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 Cabinet Member for Planning and Public Protection, Councillor Chris Bithell, said:
鈥淚 am pleased that the Council has been successful in pursuing the prosecution of this landlord for an unlawful eviction. It is most important that tenants鈥� rights and interests are protected and that landlords respect them.
