黑料吃瓜网's housing ambitions set out in prospectus

Local Authorities are required to develop an annual Housing Needs Prospectus to reflect housing needs and inform affordable housing delivery and shape the Social Housing Grant programme funded by WG, by sharing 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚聽priorities.聽
At 黑料吃瓜网, we have worked closely with our teams across Housing, Social Services, Homelessness and Planning to review and develop our prospectus in order to reflect the increasing demands on the Council鈥檚 services and the ambitions set out in the 黑料吃瓜网 Housing Strategy 2019-24.聽
WG will refer to the prospectus when they are scrutinising Social Housing Grant applications, and will be a useful resource for housing providers so they can聽better meet the Councils priorities and the housing need for the area.
Over the next 3 years, WG have allocated to 黑料吃瓜网 (FCC) around 拢40 million of Social Housing Grant. We have received applications for the Social Housing Grant schemes currently totalling 拢64m and it is possible that some allocated grant funding may fall outside the year three funding window.聽
