Housing Repair Scam

黑料吃瓜网 Trading Standards Department is warning residents of a recent housing repairs scam.
Residents have been telephoned and advised that there are outstanding repairs needed at their property. During this telephone call, the resident is then asked to gain access to the property.听
The caller may also mention that the resident is entitled to compensation for outstanding repair works.
These calls are scams.
If you receive a telephone call purporting to be from 黑料吃瓜网 Housing Repairs Department, do not give out any personal information and if in doubt, contact 黑料吃瓜网 Housing Repairs Team or 黑料吃瓜网 Customer Services on 01352 703020.
