New Council Tax Scam

黑料吃瓜网 Trading Standards have been made aware of a new Council Tax scam.听
Residents have reported receiving a phone call claiming to be from 黑料吃瓜网 Council Tax saying that they have over paid their Council Tax and their account was in credit.听
The caller then asked for the resident鈥檚 bank details to be able to refund the overpayment.听 If you receive such a call put the phone down immediately, IT IS A SCAM.听 If you have any concerns about your Council Tax, please call the听Council on 01352 704848.
